A 1/200 scale detailed model of One Fox Lane in Palmers Green.
The 68,000 sqft residential and 13,600 sqft commercial development sees to demolish and refurbish the existing structure and build 54 apartments, along with a commercial unit.
The proposed scheme in full texture & colour wraps around the existing Fox pub. The brickwork & other materiality of the scheme were colour matched to the proposed finishes. The context and existing buildings were finished in grey to allow focus on the new scheme.
