Grange & Links Hotel

This detailed 1/150 model of Grange & Links hotel was used for planning. The scheme consists of the refurbishment of the Hotel along with new builds for retail, townhouses, detached and semi-detached houses.

The colour scheme for the houses consisted of 4 pastel shades, offering varying material finishes such as cladding, stone work or a combination of the two. Detailing such as the white railings and gables were added to finish. The Hotel and Retail were both finished in a buff colour cladding with grey railings and fretwork.
