Walthamstow residential

This marketing model was commissioned to help sell the apartments of a Walthamstow residential project. The residential block and mixed use tower form part of the scheme which houses 650 dwellings, retail and workspace units.

Stonework was colour matched to the clients specification which helps provide a realistic representation of the finish. Glazing, balconies, railings, landscaping, cars and figures were added to provide further realism to the model.
