The Brick, Woodfield Rd is a residential development overlooking the Grand Union Canal in Westbourne Park London W9. Features include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom loft-style apartments, mews houses and penthouses, Lutyens Yard and Gertrude garden - a rooftop terrace.
The 1/200 scale model also consists of the adjacent development of Taxi House.
The brickwork & other materiality were colour matched to the proposed finishes. The context and existing buildings were finished in grey to allow focus on the new scheme.
